How It Works
The Equinex Program
A fully managed, six-stage equestrian development pathway — built for schools, delivered by professionals, with zero operational burden on your institution.
Orientation
Students are introduced to the program, the horses, and what to expect — building comfort before any hands-on work begins.
Safety Rules
Formal safety training — helmet and gear standards, handling protocols, arena rules. Non-negotiable, and covered before a student goes near a horse.
Horse Handling
Ground-level work: leading, grooming, and building trust with the horse before mounting. This is where the emotional-intelligence lessons really start.
Mounted Training
Supervised riding instruction under professional trainers, building balance, core control, and confidence in the saddle.
Program Assessment
A formal evaluation of each student's progress — the basis for parent and school reporting, and for identifying readiness for the next stage.
Certification
Students who complete the program receive formal certification. High performers can be fast-tracked into competitive training with full support.
