Solely to respond to your enquiry and communicate about our programs. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information about students

Equinex programs are delivered in partnership with schools. Any information about individual students (names, photos, progress records) is collected and shared only through the partner institution, with the institution's and/or parents'/guardians' consent, and is used solely for program delivery, safety, and progress reporting — never for public marketing without explicit permission.

Photos and testimonials

Photos or videos featuring students are only used publicly (website, social media) with prior written consent from the school and/or parent/guardian.

Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking cookies, analytics, or any third-party advertising scripts. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool is added.

Data retention

Enquiry form data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, unless you become a partner institution, in which case standard business records retention applies.
